Why does Marrakesh Car Rental need a copy of your driving licence?

Do you use CCTV at the Wahat Sidi Brahim office?
Yes. Cameras cover the yard where vehicles are handed over and returned, recording the condition check for both parties' protection. Footage is kept for 30 days and viewed only to resolve a damage dispute or a theft report.
Who else sees your data outside Marrakesh Car Rental?
Your data reaches a third party only when a claim, an accident or a legal request requires it — the insurer on a CDW claim, the police after an accident, or Morocco's CNDP if compelled by law. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
