Call or message us the moment damage happens, wherever you are on the route. We log the time, location and what happened before the car is moved.
We check it against the condition report
Every rental starts with a signed condition report noting existing marks. We compare the car on return against that report to isolate any new damage.
The excess is charged, not the full deposit
Repair costs up to €700 come from the amount held on your card. Costs above that are covered by CDW and never reach you.
The balance releases within two working days
