Do all Marrakesh Car Rental rental cars include insurance?
- Yes. Every rental includes collision damage waiver and theft protection, with a standard excess of 8,000 MAD. Buying the excess down to zero costs €9 a day on any model in the fleet.
Is a deposit required on every vehicle class?
- Yes, unless the no-deposit waiver is taken. The deposit is 3,000 MAD on economy and compact cars, 6,000 MAD on 4x4 and SUV models, and 15,000 MAD on luxury and convertible models.
Can you rent a car in Marrakech without a deposit?
- Yes, for €7 a day on economy, compact, automatic and 7-seater classes. The waiver needs a minimum three-day rental and a driver aged 23 or over with two years' licence held. Luxury and convertible models are excluded.
Does unlimited mileage apply across the whole fleet?
- Yes, on every class except the equipped 4x4 used for desert routes, which is capped at 250 km a day. All other models, from the Sandero to the Macan GTS, carry unlimited mileage.
Where do you collect a rental car in Marrakech?
- Collection is free at Ménara airport and anywhere in the city, including riads inside the medina. Delivery beyond Marrakech is charged at 4 MAD per kilometre from the agency at Wahat Sidi Brahim.
