These terms govern every car rental booked with Marrakesh Car Rental — Chez El Amrani, trading from Lot Abouab Elfalah DRC N°31, Wahat Sidi Brahim, Marrakech, and they apply equally to holiday drivers and Moroccan business customers from the first WhatsApp message to the final return.

How do you book a car with Marrakesh Car Rental?

What insurance and excess apply to an Marrakesh Car Rental rental?

Every rental includes CDW and theft protection, cutting your liability to a standard excess of 8,000 MAD. Tyres, the windscreen, the underbody and any off-piste damage stay outside this cover, and the zero-excess option removes the 8,000 MAD exposure for €9 a day.

What is the mileage and fuel policy?

Standard rentals carry unlimited mileage; only the equipped 4x4 for desert routes is capped at 250 km a day. Fuel runs full-to-full, so you collect and return with a full tank, at pump prices of 11.50 MAD a litre for diesel and 13.20 for petrol.

How does the vehicle handover and return work?

Handover and return both happen against a signed condition report noting mileage, fuel level and any existing marks on the bodywork. Delivery is free at Ménara airport and anywhere in Marrakech; delivery beyond the city costs 4 MAD a kilometre each way.

What happens if you return the car late or want to extend?

Extending a rental needs confirmation on WhatsApp before the scheduled return time, subject to the car being free for the extra days. Returning late without notice is billed as a further full day at the standard daily rate for that vehicle class.

Can you drive an Marrakesh Car Rental rental beyond Marrakech or off surfaced roads?

Yes, every rental drives anywhere on Morocco's surfaced road network, including the Tizi n'Tichka and the routes to Essaouira, Ouarzazate and Fes. Off-piste tracks stay outside cover; only the equipped 4x4 is set up for graded piste, capped at 250 km a day.
